Organic Certification
Our produce is grown using organic agricultural practices and is certified as such by Ecocert Canada, an independant certification organization accredited by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to certify organic products.
Every year an inspector, independant from the certification organization, visits our property and performs an audit of our operation in order to verify compliance with the "Canadian Standard for Organic Agriculture".
Certification does cost us money and time but by certifying our operation we commit ourselves to doing the right thing as defined by the standard as a minimum, not just what we believe is the right thing.
