'Common Sage' (perennial) Wide variety of culinary uses. Lovely, small lavender flowers appear in early summer.

'Catnip' (perennial) Your cat will love you even more. You can also use it as an herbal tea for its relaxing properties.

'Dill' (annual)

'Basil – Queenette' One of the most aromatic and flavorful of the Thai basils with purplish olive-green leaves, red stems and purple flowers.

'Basil – Minette' Grows only 10 inches high and wide, creating a perfectly uniform sphere. The tiny medium green leaves are only 1/2 inch long. Small terminal racemes of white flowers are borne in summer. Pinch out growing tips to encourage bushier plants and to delay flowering.

'Fennel – Orion'

'Lemon Grass' Aromatic grass from India. Essential oil contains large amounts of citral and geraniol, used for flavorings and perfumes. Medicinal: Tea used to treat digestive problems and fever. Anti-inflammatory.

'Mint' (perennial) Harvest mint all summer long for making teas, juices and mohitos. Mint is very invasive, so keep it in an isolated area of your backyard.

'Oregano' (perennial)

'Marjoram' (perennial) Though in the same family as oregano, velvety-leafed marjoram is more mellow, with floral notes as well as hints of sage and thyme.

'Summer Savory' (annual)

'Shiso' (annual) Distinct cinnamon/clove flavor and aroma, with the spiciness of cumin. Used in oriental cooking, sushi and salad mix. Red Shiso colors radish pickles and "umeboshi" plums.

'German Winter Thyme' (perennial) Also known as English Thyme, this herb has a wide range of uses in cooking, either fresh or dried. Height 10-12".
