Fresh Vegetables
Fresh vegetables can be aquired at our farm stand from April until September when the outside temperature stays above freezing. Some vegetables can also be found at 'Sequoia Whole Foods and Natural Products' in Moncton.

Here is a list of vegetables currently available at the farm stand (and possibly at Sequoia) - last update Oct 15:
- Sunchokes (aka Jerusalem artichokes) / Topinambours -- none left... next harvest late fall.
- Garlic Scapes
- Chard
- Meclum salad, 5 oz bag
- Baby lettuce, 5oz bag
- Fresh herbs including cilantro, mint, chives, sage, fennel
- Snow peas
- Snap peas
- Tomatoes
- Beans
- Italian beans
- Kale
- Eggplant
- Summer squash including 'zephyr', 'sunburst' pattypan, crookneck, 'eight ball'
- Winter squash icluding Acorn, Delicata
